Yonge Rich Condos: The New Way of Life

The celebrated landscape architect DTAH designs a spectacular garden. Among all other facilities it also includes a large outdoor swimming pool, hot plunge, spacious BBQ area.

 

Beside the 7/24 concierge service, there is a unique option for the dwellers- a virtual concierge service. This service can be operated through the mobile application. The safety of the underground parking is ensured through the monitoring from the concierge service. For ensuring the safety and security of the underground garage, the wall is painted white and fluorescent lighting is used. There are four high speed elevators and paid visitor parking facilities. The visitor parking is situated on the top most parking level. The mailroom is located by the front lobby.  

The solid core entry door is equipped with security view hole. There is Samsung electronics door hardware with security code access ensure the safety. All the bedrooms are equipped with sliding doors. 
The baseboards, door frames and casings are beautiful designed. The door handles and the hardware are made of brushed metal. All closets are white, plastic coated and wire shelved. The aluminum windows are perfectly insulated.    

Kitchen cabinetry is designed by Burdifilek which is available in different materials and shapes. The kitchen countertop is made of quartz. Inside the kitchen, there is single bowl stainless steel under mounted sink with integrated pull out head. The faucets are polished chrome and there is under mount ceramic sink with quartz countertop. The mirror above the vanity is specially designed by the Burdifilek and the lighting is wall mounted above vanity. There is soaker tub with shower rod. Towel bars and the toilet paper holders are made of steel. There are exhaust fans which are vented to the exterior and pressure balance valve for tub. In some cases, full height porcelain wall tiles are used in the shower enclosure. The glass shower enclosure will be frameless. Plumbing fixtures which are going to be used will be white in color.  

The use of state of the art technology in this condo is a glaring example of modern tech based infrastructure. For ensuring the safety of the inhabitants and the buildings the use of detector is must. In this condo, smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detector is used in the place where it is needed in every suit. An emergency voice communication system is installed to make prompt contact with each other during the time of urgency. All suites of the Yonge Rich condos are equipped with high speed internet access. All suites have the “future technology ready” features. All the suites are pre wired for cable TV and Telephones. Great Gulf, the award winning builder of Canada is working as the developer of this grand project. Great Gulf is a member of Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD). All suites are protected under the Tarion Warranty Corporation. All the interior floor, wall finishes and materials will be chosen with the advice from Builder’s Interior Design Consultant. In case of all materials and other selections the purchasers are entitled to choose from wide range of collection of samples of the Builders. If the items are not already ordered or installed then the purchaser will be entitled for such selection.
