SkyCity 2 Condo: The Touch of Aristocracy



SkyCity 2 condo is situated in the closest intersection of Red Maple Road and Highway 7. It is in the Langstaff neighbourhood. This new condo project by the Pemberton group is a new name in the heart of Richmond Hill. The 20 storey SkyCity 2 condo project has 218 comfortable suites for the residents. The estimated occupancy of this project is the month of October, 2016. At present, the project is in the pre-construction and stage public sale is going on. VIP sale has started from the month of July, 2014. 

The SkyCity 2 condo is equipped with numerous amenities, lucrative style and great interiors. This is a new place for living in Richmond Hill with all the essential services. There are 11 suites in every floor and the size of the suites range from 640 to 1080 square feet. The height of the ceiling is 9 feet. Graziani & Corazza Architects is engaged in this project as architects and Union 31 is designing the interior of this massive project. 

The never ending list of the amenities includes barbeque, concierge, landscaped grounds with walkways, fitness, garden, guest suites, lobby, change rooms, parking, two party rooms with bar plus dining room with kitchen, pool, sauna, terrace etc. The mind boggling list of the amenities will satisfy the residents to the fullest level. 

The kitchen of the SkyCity 2 is decorated with numerous facilities. There is individual seasonally controlled heating and air conditioning system in the kitchen. The outdoor balcony will refresh the mind for sure. The project abides by the rules and regulations. As per the O.B.C, there is arrangement for emergency voice communication system, smoke detector and heat detector in all the suites. The laundry is furnished with washer or dryer hook up and the floor is covered with white colored ceramic tile. Strict monitoring system is developed in this condo. Suite entry monitor is connected to a round the clock monitoring system which is connected with the concierge desk. For the ground floor suites a special system is introduced. Glass or marble mosaic accent tile for bath or shower enclosure is also available. Under mount vanity sink and chrome single lever faucet is used in the kitchen. The purchaser has the option to choose either Caesar Stone or granite counter top with standard square edge and matching up stand. Contemporary mirrored medicine cabinet is for keeping the necessary things. In every bathroom, exhaust fan is installed vented to the outside. The bathroom door has privacy locks. Pressure balanced valve is used in the bathtub and shower. As per plan, there is soaker bathtub in the bathroom. Frameless glass enclosure and door is used in the walk in shower.   

The living area of the SkyCity 2 condo has some attractive features. The living room, dining room, bedroom, hall, and foyer have laminate flooring which is easy to maintain and good looking. The front foyer is decorated with mirrored sliding closet door. White laminate will be used to the balance sliding closet doors. Chrome lever hardware is used in the contemporary interior doors.   

The eye soothing white latex paint will be used in the walls, ceilings and bulkheads. The ceiling will be smoothly finished. In the principal rooms the gap between the floors to ceiling is 9 feet excluding the bulkheads. The stunning semi-gloss white latex paint will be used in the wood trim and doors. There will be pre wired telephone outlets and cable TV in living room, master bed room, 2nd bed room or den. The system for capped ceiling outlet will be available only in the dining room. The electrical outlet will be located in the balcony or patio.
